A clean window is more than a wiped-down pane of glass. It's the right tool for the height and access, a process for hard water and mineral deposits, and a technique that leaves zero streaks in direct sunlight, not just from across the room.
Click each option to see exactly what's covered, since "window cleaning" can mean different things depending on what you book.
The outside of every accessible window is cleaned using purified water-fed pole equipment for upper floors and traditional squeegee tools at ground level. This covers the side of the glass exposed to rain, pollen, dust, and hard water spray from sprinklers, which is usually the dirtier side.
Most exterior-only visits don't require you to be home, since our technicians work entirely from outside the house.
Everything in exterior-only, plus hand-cleaned interior glass with a streak-free finish. We work carefully around furniture, blinds, and flooring, and this level requires scheduling a time when someone can provide interior access.
Most homeowners choosing between the two options find this is where the visible difference is biggest, since interior glass collects fingerprints, cooking residue, and dust that exterior-only cleaning never touches.
Available as an optional add-on for an additional charge, this isn't part of a standard visit. Screens are removed, cleaned to clear out dust and debris trapped in the mesh, and reinstalled, and sills and tracks are cleared of loose dirt and debris. Just let us know when you book if you'd like it added, and we'll quote it along with your window cleaning.
Our technicians use purified water-fed poles for reaching upper-story windows safely from the ground, without a ladder at height, along with traditional squeegee tools for interior and ground-level glass. The purified water leaves no mineral residue behind as it dries, which is part of why the finish stays streak-free rather than just looking clean when wet. Every job is scoped around your home's specific window types and access before we start.
