These SMS Terms & Conditions describe the text messaging program operated by Oleksy Services, LLC ("Oleksy Services," "we," "us," or "our"), an exterior cleaning company at 115 E Higgins Rd, Gilberts, IL 60136. They apply to text messages we send to you after you agree to receive them.
Messages in this program are sent from an Oleksy Services texting number. To opt out or get help, reply directly to the text message you received.
We offer two separate types of text messages. You choose each one on its own.
Messages about your estimate request and the work we do for you, including estimates, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling, service updates, billing, and responses to your questions.
Recurring marketing messages, including seasonal cleaning offers and discounts. Promotional texts may be sent using automated technology.
You opt in by checking the box for the type of text messages you want on an estimate or contact form on oleksyservices.com. Each type has its own checkbox. The boxes are never checked for you, and both are optional:
Message frequency varies. For service texts, it depends on your estimate, appointments, and account activity. Promotional texts are recurring, and how often they are sent varies.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan. Oleksy Services does not charge you for text messages.
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any text message from us. You will receive one final message confirming that you've been unsubscribed, and we will not send you any more text messages from that number unless you opt in again.
Replying STOP stops all text messages from that number to you, including service texts. We may still contact you about your service by phone or email.
You can also ask us to stop texting you by calling (847) 321-7711. We will record your request and stop sending you text messages.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed.
We do not sell or rent your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in and consent information, and we do not share them with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share them only with service providers that process them on our behalf to run our business and deliver messages, or when required by law. We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Changes apply to messages sent after they are posted.
